Who this applies to
This website is operated by Diyara Ossi, an independent artist based in London. This notice explains what personal information is collected when you visit the site or contact the studio, and how it is used.
Information collected
The contact form collects your name, email address, message, the type of enquiry and, where you write from an artwork page, the title and year of that work. The date and time of the enquiry are recorded with it. This information is used only to read and reply to your enquiry.
There is no newsletter or mailing list on this site, and contacting the studio does not subscribe you to anything.
How enquiries are handled
Enquiries are stored in a private database and sent on to the studio inbox by email. These operations run on the site’s hosting and backend platform (Lovable) and its transactional email service. Stored enquiries are not publicly accessible and are not published anywhere on this site. Your email address is used as the reply address so the studio can respond to you directly.
To limit automated abuse, the IP address of a submission is held briefly in memory while the form is being processed. It is not stored with your enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking, and sets no cookies for those purposes. Only storage that is technically necessary for the site to work may be used. No visitor profiles are built. The hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
Retention
Enquiries and correspondence are kept only for as long as they remain relevant to your enquiry or to an ongoing exhibition, sale or professional relationship, and are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to studio@diyaraossi.com and the request will be handled promptly.
